Compact engine structure

According to analysis on many limited elements, the engine weight shall be minimized on the premise of ensuring the strength of parts and components. Compact structure design effectively controls the overall dimensions of the engine; the clutch cover is designed to make it easier to remove the clutch, and the start-up shaft is upward, which is more suitable for mounting on the off-road.

Gas passage and combustion system design

Separate chamber lubrication system

Two oil pumps are provided for the engine to supply lubricating oil for warmed up part and driving part respectively to ensure each moving component of the engine is fully lubricated so as to increase engine reliability.

Valve rocker arm of needle bearing

Valve rocker arm of needle bearing improves friction condition between camshaft and rocker arm, reduces power loss and extends service life;

Special spraying hole design

The box is provided with special spraying hole for spraying oil to cool down and lubricate the cylinder piston, thus effectively controlling piston temperature and improving engine operation environment and extending engine service life.

High-accuracy Morse silent chain

High-accuracy Morse silent chain reduces noise generated from engine operation and extending chain service life;

      bisa gan, asal bayar pajak & bea masuk sesuai ketentuan (kalo mau lancar mah pasti dikasih jalan ama petugas bea cukai, asal ada olienya aja….hehehehe).

    sbenernya mesin minerva punya sendiri gmn si kualitasnya??termasuk megelli ni?
    ga niat beli si, cuma pengen tau aja…klo msalah body kan ta begitulah…

      ane nggak pernah punya minerva gan… lom sanggup beli… kalo masalah mesin sih asal perawatan maksimal bisa bertahan cukup lama lah… cuma jangan terlalu berharap lebih untuk masalah kenyamanan & power/speed dalam jangka waktu yg cukup lama….
      kalau untuk pemakaian sehari hari sih cukup lah…saya pake jianshe JS100-6 tahun 2000 aja masih bisa dipake sehari-hari dengan berbagai kekurangannya… yang penting sih kita harus ngertiin aja tunggangan kita..🙂 kl menurut saya sih mesin zongshen (yg dipakai minerva) lebih bagus kualitasnya dari jianshe…:)

    Kalau yg dipakai minerva kekurangannya di seal radiator yg dideket mesin,rawan bocor,sama tensioner keteng gampang mundur,ga kuat nahan power mesin ini, jd mesti ada pembenahan di 2 sektor tsb.slebihnya sama sperti mesin normal. Suara mesin terdengar kasar dr mesin sekelasnya, asumsi saya mendengar tman yg sudah belah mesin laher krus as menggunakan laher C4 bukan std C3 ,clearance lbh longgar jd suara lbh berisik, tp putaran mesin enteng. Overall mesin gen2 ini baguss dibandingkan gen1 yg menurut saya gagal total

      wah, ane lom tanya harganya bro…🙂 di indonesia lom ada yang jual tuh… minerva nggak mungkin jual mesin doang… apalagi mesin masih asli ada merk zongshennya… ntar nggak bisa ngaku dari jerman/italy lagi

    kayanya ribet gan, ane pernah mencangkok mesin tiger original ke minerva t200r ( copasnya tiger revolution) semua serba klop karna t200r gak pake radiator, tiger juga ngak, yg ane ambil dari cangkokan tiger adalah rasio 6 speednya sekaligus blocknya plus handulnya, silinder/kas atas tiger, karburator keihin tiger, stater electrick mitsuba tiger, yg tersisa cuma no mesin minervanya aja,
    kenapa saya ganti mesin tiger karna mesin minerva t200r getarannya sangat menyiksa mau ngak mau ganti kesin jepang, di ajak tarun sama minerva migelli rv sapa takut, ehehehehehe…….
